3. Eligibility

- You must be at least 12 years old to use Plutogen.in. If you're a minor, you need parental consent.

4. Our Services

- Plutogen.in connects tutors with students (parents). We do not employ tutors directly and are not responsible for the tutoring sessions or results.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

- Tutors must act professionally and follow the agreed-upon schedules and lesson plans.

- Tutors must not directly contact parents for payment or other issues. All payments must go through the platform. Any tutor found violating this rule will have their account terminated and may face legal action.

6. Student Responsibilities

- Students (parents) must respect tutors' time and follow the agreed-upon schedules. Harassment or misuse of the platform will not be tolerated.

7. Payment and Fees

- Tutors set their own rates, and students must pay for sessions via Plutogen.in

- A service fee may apply, which will be shown at the time of payment.

8. Tutor Payment Policy

- Plutogen is committed to ensuring timely compensation for tutors. Payments will be processed within two (2) working days after the completion of either: A full 25-day teaching cycle, or The calendar month, whichever occurs earlier.

- Payments are subject to verification of attendance and session completion.

9. Fee Structure and Revisions

- Plutogen reserves the right to revise the registration fees, tuition fees, and other associated charges annually, typically at the beginning of each financial year.

- We are not liable for any objections or disputes arising from such revisions.

10. Document Verification and Consent

- As part of our verification process, Plutogen may request and verify Aadhaar cards and other relevant documents submitted by parents, students, and tutors on our platform. By accepting these terms, you explicitly consent to this verification process.

11. Child Safety Disclaimer

- Parents are strongly advised not to leave their child alone with any tutor at home.

- Plutogen acts solely as an intermediary connecting tutors and learners and shall not be held responsible for any unfortunate incidents or mishappenings that may occur during or outside of tutoring sessions.

12. Fee Payment by Parents

- To continue receiving tutoring services, parents are required to pay the applicable fees to Plutogen either: After every 25-day cycle, or On a monthly basis, whichever occurs earlier.

- Failure to make timely payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.

13. Attendance Policy

- To maintain transparency and avoid conflicts, daily attendance must be recorded by both tutors and parents on the official Plutogen attendance portal. This serves as a record for sessions conducted and is essential for payment and dispute resolution.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the session and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

15. Privacy and Data

- Your personal information will be kept private and protected. By using Plutogen.in, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

16. Content on the Platform

- You are responsible for anything you share on Plutogen.in, such as reviews or lesson materials. We may remove inappropriate content.

17. Disputes

- If there's a problem between a tutor and a student, try to resolve it directly. If needed, Plutogen.in can help mediate.

- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jaipur Courts.

18. Account Termination

- We can suspend or terminate your access to Plutogen.in if you break the rules or engage in any unlawful activity.

19. Limitation of Liability

- Plutogen.in is not responsible for any issues that occur during tutoring sessions, including advice, services, or payment problems.

20. Changes to Terms

- We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the site, and using the platform means you agree to the new terms.

21. Intellectual Property

- All content on Plutogen.in is owned by us or licensed to us, and you cannot copy or use it without permission.

22. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by the laws of Jaipur Courts.
